hi dede i tried sauce first time it was nice but second it was watery.i think there was only one difference this time that is i used packed garlic instead of fresh.i did not use too much oil or lemon juice.first time i used 2 eggs and second time i took 3 eggs.

hello,
if the garlic sauce comes out to watery, you need to let it blend a little longer after you add the egg whites or you can reduce the amount of oil and lemon juice that you use. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to get it right according to your blender. Try again and let me know how it turns out :)

salam dede, I've tried makin the garlic sauce but it came out watery not thick at all..... any idea?
