Questions About Opening a Restaurant

When opening a restaurant, I imagine you need more than individual health insurance. What about commercial refrigerators? Are they very expensive. And I imagine I'd need a heavy duty Manitowoc Ice Machine or similar. Sorry if these are really basic questions, but I am excited about realizign a dream and I am rambling a bit. I need to slow down, lay out a plan, and get organized. I did get pre-qualified for my business loan though, so the ball is rolling. Wish me luck!
