Mediterranean Cooking is now Social

To my loyal viewers, supporters and critics.

Every day Mediterranean cooking is becoming more and more popular throughout the entire world. I have been blessed to become one of the top destination spots on the Internet for those seeking to learn more about Mediterranean cooking.

However, with increase visits comes more questions about Mediterranean cooking and I feel obligated to answer each and every question that is sent my way. So I began looking for a more efficient way to respond to your questions, make more video recipes, and manage this site all at the same time.

I also realized that some of the other Mediterranean cooks/chefs who visit the site could perhaps help me answer the questions that I get everyday about Mediterranean cooking. I also know that some of the site visitors, have their very own style of Mediterranean cooking and I am sure that some of you would not mind sharing your style of Mediterranean cooking with the world. I know because some of you have shared it with me :)

So here is my proposition for everyone:

I would appreciate the viewers support in helping me organize the questions I get by posting them here on my new site on the link askquestions, this will enable me to answer your questions in a more organized manner concerning your questions about Mediterranean food and cooking.

I would also appreciate it if some of you Mediterranean cooks/chefs could help me answer the questions that I receive from the DedeMed viewership community.

In return for helping me and the DedeMed viewership community answer questions, I have setup a site called www.medcookingstyle.com that will allow you to post your own style of cooking, display your website name, and to show the world your med cooking style .

I really believe that we can all help each other, and make something special in our endeavor to learn more about our selves and Mediterranean cooking.

Best regards, Dede

Hi Dede,

I want to thank you for your time and efforts. I have forgotten a lot of the authentic recipes that I was cooking in Jordan. Your site has helped trigger my memories and I really appreciate it. My Husband is a farmer in Karak Jordan. He makes the best Laban Jammid that I have ever had. I would like some tips on importing this. I live in San Diego, CA and the Laban Jammid in the Arabic stores here is just not the same. I love to make man'soff but I can't enjoy it with the Laban here. If you have any ideas or suggestions I would be very grateful.
