Ribeh recipe

Hi Dede - do you have a recipe for Ribeh.  I love this, but unfortunately, when I have made it the 's' shape loses it's shape completely when it is baked in the oven!!  Thk q  Tina  :)

If you want to bake the ataif, you can bake it at 450 for 20 minutes, and yes use butter spray or brush them with melted butter. If you want a more authentic filling check out my written recipe on my site for the original ashta filling :) Happy COo…
