There is indeed a kibbeh like that and it's called, kibbeh Arnabiyeh. It's with yoghurt PLUS Tahineh!Great. But Unfotunately, i don't know the recipe... Maybe Dede will show us how...

Your recepies are just great. I got the toom and the kebbe going pretty good. One suggestion : maybe putting a lexical page, with , say ingredients, and their translation, etc... Otherwise, your videos are 100% clear, and superb to follo…
like mayonaise, first be sure not to put too much lemon juice. Once the egg+garlic and a little lemon juice and some oil blended well, THEN add more lemon juice to your taste... I followed dede's recepy and each time had a wonderfull sauce..
