- i am a teacher in a primary school and love cooking. i am from south eastern background and situated in united kingdom. i am a very good cook and try most of the recipes of other traditions. i also lived in saudi arabia for about eighteen years so i know much about the arabian cusine. i like this website because the recipes are simple to follow and the presenter has a good command over engilsh. the way she expalins the ingredients and the recipes is also remarkable.
