Hello Dede,
I love your web site. Your YouTube demonstrations are great and very helpful. I do want to ask about the Kibbeh recipe. In the video you mentioned 2 T. of salt but in the printed recipe you say 2 t. of salt. I'm assuming 2 teaspoons is correct, but maybe not. You might want to clarify that in your recipe. You could have some very salty Kibbeh with 2 T. of salt, I would think.
I am having a Middle Eastern feast this Sunday and I am mostly using your recipes. Thank you for the great ideas and good demonstrations, DeDe. You're terrific! Keep up the good work.
