Hi Dede, i managed to get the Molokhiya recipe from my dad's house cook. I did my own ideas when I got the basics and it actually turned out better than his :P hehehehehe
Getting back to cooking did make me happier and I smile more often. It's noticed by my husband heheh.
So I just want to know the correct way to make both - full leaf and chopped Molokhiya. The ingredient and all.

Maybe Mulukheeya - if Chicken was included. Or Shabzi - Iranian dish.

For some reason I'm in the cooking mode and not just any type of cooking. I made fatayer and arabic bread and I'm just into all the mu'ajanat (pies). My mom has a lot of cook books, but youtube made it all easier for us…
