HI Mimi, I have a recipe that I use for zaatar: 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds 1 cup dried thyme 3 tbs sumac 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp marjoram I love this recipe, it comes out great. I do use American thyme that I dry. Store in an air tight container :)

Good Zataar recipe anyone?

Hi Everyone

I was hoping to connect with others who miht have zataar recipes...

I realize some might be just proportional and that is fine.
I also realize they vary greatly; Three I like and would love to make at home are:
Lebanese
Turkish (more red sumac)
Tunisian more brownish-green
