I have a recipe that I use for zaatar:
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
1 cup dried thyme
3 tbs sumac
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp marjoram
I love this recipe, it comes out great. I do use American thyme that I dry. Store in an air tight container :)
