I am a sales rep for the Midwest's largest ethnic food distributor. The company I work for is known for Italian FoodSevice basics but there is a lot of crossover items we sell that are also used in Mediterraneral cooking such as Greek Olives, Garbanzo beans, Olive Oil, fresh vegetables, spices and more. In my territory most of the restaurant owners I call on are from Lebanon.
