DeDe, I just noticed on Google News that You Tube will make captions available for all its videos. Your recipes are terrific. I use the print versions but I would like to watch the demonstrations on your videos. However, I am hearing impaired. Captions would be a blessing.

I hope you will sign up for the captions that Google is making available on You Tube.
