"S" cookies

I am not sure the name of this cookie. It is made into the shape of an "S". On the top it has a half of a pistachio on it before cooking. The cookie is very light and very crunchy. I dont know the secret of that, I am thinking it has lots of butter in it?? I bought some at the Geneva bakery in Amman, Jordan. They are great. I ate all of the ones I brought back to America. Do you know this cookie? If so, do you have the recipe. I had a chance to buy more at the airport in Amman, but the price was so high. In the bakery, they were much cheaper. MUCH.

I think the name of the cookie that you are looking for is called ghraibeh, it is white and melts in your mouth, correct?
I love this cookie and yes it has a lot of butter, I will add it to my list of recipes to make :)
