Kibbeh and salt

Hi Dede,
I  LOVE your recipes and really appreciate your excellent demonstrations. I would like to ask you to please clarify exactly how much salt you use in the kibbeh.  In the video, you say 2 tablespoons. In the online printed recipe it says 2 teaspoons. I'm assuming 2 teaspoons is correct, but you say 2 tablespoons TWICE on the video. There's a big difference between 2 T. and 2 t.
I'm fixing a Middle Eastern feast for friends this Sunday, and most of the recipes I am using are yours. Thank you for the wonderful recipes, Dede, and keep up the good work. I think you're fantastic!
