HI Karim,
Check out my fish tagine recipe, it's great, I personally love it! In Lebanon it is called fish tagine, but in other countries, tagine means something completely different. The video and recipe are on my site so check it out and let me know how you like it :)

Thanx a lot. Very clear recipe. I will try it very very soon! And thank you for your tips. Just a question, is this dish also called 'Samkeh Harrah'? (Hot fish).
And will let you know how i manage. But i am sure i will love it !
