On your Youtube video, you mentioned that  you can bake the falafels as opposed to frying. How long and at what temperature?

Also, it appeared that you used far more chick peas and fava beans in that video than you do in the recipe on this site, however, for the most part, the other ingredients are all the same. Please advise.

HI Cindi, it's the same recipe, it's just when you soak the chick peas and fava beans they double in size. If you don't have fava beans you can just use chick peas as well. If you want to bake them then just preheat the oven to 450 degrees and spray a non-stick cookie sheet with olive oil spray, form the falafel into small balls and spray them with the olive oil spray and bake them for about 15 minutes, make sure the oven is preheated and hot when you place them in there.
