The New DedeMed Social

Mediterranean Cooking is now Social

Hi - I am new to this site.  I have just made Ataif and have used ricotta cheese for the filling as most of my friends do it this way.  It is then freezed and cooked in the oven.  Could someone tell me out there what temperature it should be cooked in the oven?  I believe it is coated in butter first. Thk q - Tina :)

If you want to bake the ataif, you can bake it at 450 for 20 minutes, and yes use butter spray or brush them with melted butter. If you want a more authentic filling check out my written recipe on my site for the original ashta filling :)
